Payment Terms:

To secure your booking and to finalise the date in the diary with Beautiful Chair Covers, a £50 refundable deposit is required within 7 days along with your completed booking form.

The remainder of the balance is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. This can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. Payments can also be made in instalments if you prefer.

The £50 deposit will be refunded once Beautiful Chair Covers have collected all of the chair covers and sashes in an acceptable condition. This will be assessed by Beautiful Chair Covers and examples of unacceptable damage include tearing and significant staining. In the unlikely event of this happening or if any item is missing, the appropriate amounts will be deducted from the deposit at a cost of £10 per chair cover and £3 per sash and anything over the deposit will be invoiced separately.

Cancellation:

In the unlikely event of you needing to cancel the booking, this will unfortunately forfeit the booking deposit of £50 to compensate for any inconvenience to Beautiful Chair Covers.
